A smart, sustainable, and innovative solution for carrying skincare products in a compact, convenient, and efficient manner.
It combines Eco-friendly design with functionality, ensuring hassle-free portability while addressing modern lifestyle needs.
The project, spanning 7 months, involved extensive research encompassing a market sweep, competitor analysis, consumer behavior insights, design trend exploration, and user journey mapping. The outcome was highly appreciated by the leading packaging company, Packfora, and has progressed to the development stage through their support.
In today’s fast-paced, on-the-go lifestyle, skincare routines have evolved but the way we carry them hasn’t. Bags remain cluttered with multiple bottles, tubes, and containers, creating friction in what should otherwise be a seamless self-care experience. So I started with a simple question -
What if your entire skincare routine could exist as one intuitive, compact system?

Approximately 86% of skincare enthusiasts, primarily women, expressed a strong desire to have essential skincare products readily available throughout the day.
However, they expressed frustration regarding the space and fear of spillage as well as the time required to consistently pack and unpack them on a daily basis.
The idea was to create a modular, customizable skincare kit that transforms scattered products into one compact, elegant system bringing order, accessibility, and effortless portability to everyday routines.
A highly customizable and scalable product that redefines skincare as a curated, portable ritual - making self-care effortless, organized, and seamlessly accessible wherever you go.
